After being back at Good Life RV Resort for a couple of months we were out walking one day and noticed a number of Park Models for sale. We started looking into some of them and realized that they were very reasonably priced.
We started taking tours of a number of properties and found one that we really like. It is good sized, 2 bathrooms, it’s own laundry room, vaulted ceilings, large deck, on a corner lot, and has a very large Arizona Room. So, we decided to purchase and make Arizona our permanent residence.
We immediately started making it our own. All new appliances, painting, decorating and new furniture. We took out an entire area of cactus and replaced it with pavers for the eventual golf cart parking.
